     There are many ways to create website. All of them the hardest method is programming/coding. By this method you can create your website personally. But, all peoples don't know programming, so although they have wish to create a website they can't do. For programming they need a programmer or a software developer. By this method they need to spend some money. If they make their own website by himself from other webmaker site for hosting and domain they also need to spend money. But, today I will tell you the free webmaker site of Google without programming. To create a free website the best method is use of "blogger.com" website. Because in this site Google will give you a free domain that, "blogspot.com" and the SSL certificate that mark the lock icon in start of URL means your site is secure and safe will issue freely by Google. Now start your site creating. 

   Open your browser with search engine Google and search for "blogger" (you can also do this in your computer/laptop or tablet etc...). Then give the title means what you want to give the name of your website and click on next. After clicked on next the next page will ask you for URL of your site and type the URL anything. For an example :- I gave the URL of my site that "technicalsmrutiranjan" and the domain ".blogspot.com" will issue automatically by Google. Keep mind that, when you type the URL don't use any capital letter or space from first to last. After your URL created the next page will ask you for "Display Name". Give the display name same with your Title. You can also give other anything as your choice and click on save. Now your website is ready. Do refresh to your page. Now your site is successfully created without coding and free of cost. Mark/look at the left side, there you will get to see three line that called as main menu/Dashboard of blogger. Click on that and scroll down. You will get to see an option "view your blog". If you want to see how your site looks click on that option. You can see how your site looks.
