A :- MS Office is a application software which was developed and published by Microsoft in the year 1990. It is widely used in "business and educational " sectors through which we can create view & edit documents, spread sheets, presentations and data entry on database.

    MS Office is divided  in 4 parts. Those are 1. MS Word , 2. MS Excel , 3. MS Power-Point , 4. MS Access . First we will learn about MS Word
 
1. MS Word
 
        MS Word is a word processor, used to make professional quality, document , letters, reports etc. It has advanced features which allow you to format and edit your files and documents best possible way.
Document :- (Resume, letter, application, certificates).
 
2. MS Excel

     MS Excel is a spreadsheet developed by Microsoft for windows, Mac, OS, Android and iOS. It features calculation, graphing tools, pivot tables, and a macro programming language called visual basic for Applications. Accountant :- (Salary chat, Billing, Student result, Mathematical calculations).

3. MS Powerpoint

Microsoft Powerpoint is a powerful slide show presentation program. It is a standard component of the company's Microsoft office suite software, and in bundled together with Word, Excel and other office productivity tools. The program uses slides to convey information rich in multimedia. Presentation :- (Text, image, Sound, video, Animation).

04. MS Access

Microsoft Access is a database management system from Microsoft that combines relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical user interface and software - development tools. It is a member of the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, included in the professional and higher editions or sold separately. Database :- Data entry.

Microsoft one note is a note - taking program for free from information gathering and multi - user collaboration. It gathers users' notes, drawings, screen clippings and audio commentaries. Notes can be shared with other one note users over the internet or a network.

06. MS Outlook 

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager software system from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft office suite. Though primarily an E-mail client, outlook also includes such functions as calendaring, task managing, contact managing, note - taking, journal logging, and web browsing.

07. MS Share point 

Microsoft Share point is a browser - based collaboration and document management platform from Microsoft - Wikipedia. Microsoft's content management system... Share point is an enterprise information portal from Microsoft that can be configured to run Intranet, Extranet and Internet sites.

08. MS Publisher

Microsoft publisher is a desktop publishing application. Available in higher - end versions of Microsoft office, publisher can be used to create a wide variety of publications, from business cards and calendars, to news letters and greetings cards.
